Educational Qualification:
AMIN: Candidates must have passed 12th Class/Intermediate.
Circle Inspector & Equivalent Grades: Candidates must have passed Graduate from recognized university/board.
Female Health Worker (A.N.M.) and Hostess: Candidates must have passed Diploma in Nursing and Should be qualified as ‘A’ Grade Nurse & Midwifery with a state Nursing council.

Application Fee: Unreserved Candidates has to pay the fee Rs.375/- and reserved Candidates has to
pay the fee Rs.100/-. Application fee
should be paid at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI).
Selection Process: Candidates selection should be based on the
Performance in Written Examination and Merit List.
